How should I care for my mechanical watch?
To keep your mechanical watch running accurately, we recommend winding it daily and avoiding strong magnetic fields. Since our watches are artisanal pieces, ensure the crown is fully pushed in to maintain water resistance.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our watches worldwide from our London studio. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. If you aren't completely satisfied with your timepiece, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
Are the watch straps adjustable?
Our leather and rubber straps feature standard buckle holes, while our stainless steel mesh bands are fully adjustable to fit any wrist size without the need for specialized tools.
Do Mr Jones Watches come with a warranty?
Every watch we produce is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing or mechanical defects.
How do I read the time on your unusual designs?
Each of our watches tells the time in a unique way—some use moving characters, others use color shifts. Every watch comes with a specific instruction card to help you master its unique display.
