We want you to be completely happy with your unique timepiece, so we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn watches in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, our team is here to ensure a smooth and simple return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique return authorization code.

• 2.
  Pack Your Watch

  Carefully place the watch back in its original presentation box and protective outer sleeve to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to London

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked postal service to send your package back to our London studio for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our workshop confirms the watch is in brand new condition, we will process your full refund or ship out your chosen exchange within 3-5 business days.
